This private island is situated in the sheltered waters of Smelt Brook Cove near the famed village of Peggy's Cove, 30 minutes by car from the provincial capital of Halifax. The island is connected to the mainland via a smaller island by a bridged causeway. Electricity is available on the island. The land is nicely elevated, and well-treed. Several possible building sites are available, each offering panormaic views. A well has been recently dug.
