The island is located on the north east Brazilian coast line in Todos Os Santos Bay, Bahia state, next to the capital, Salvador. This island is part of Brazilian history and was founded during colony time.

The island is 1000 hectares with 50,000 cocoa trees, 200 cows and a large area of Atlantic bush trees and mangroves. The island's white sand beaches and abundant coral reefs are perfect for scuba diving.

The main house is in perfect condition and includes 15 rooms, a chapel, 4 common rooms, a dining room, and a large kitchen. There's an additional house next to the main house.

The island is surrounded by other private islands... perfect for tourism, a golf course, or a landing strip.
