Sear Island is located within the heart of the Gulf Islands. Only a 15 minute flight by float plane from Vancouver, or a short ferry ride takes you from the chaos of city life to a secluded private island complete with all of the amenities of home.

Sear Island offers panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains of North Vancouver and breathtaking views of the Sunshine Coast. Take a walk on one of the island's nature trails lined with Arbutus trees, towering Douglas firs and ancient Oaks. Sear Island an ideal paradise to relax and reflect. You are invited to spend your weekends, vacation or weeks at a time.

The Main House

The beautiful two-story 3,040 sq. ft main house sits at the south end of the island. The house consists of a large living and dining room accented by a roman travertine marble fireplace and a 180-degree panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including a fridge, freezer, ice machine, dishwasher, etc. The house also has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1 powder room, a large games room, food storage room, and a partially covered glass patio off the kitchen.

The house has a complete sound system with Karaoke, books, music, CDs, DVD movies and magazines. The games room is equipped with table tennis and a pool table. IN addition there are two bicycles that guests are free to use to enjoy the island.

The Cabin

The cabin is a 2 story, 1,000 sq. ft. guest house located in one of the several bays on the island’s east side. The cabin features a spacious dining/living area with a wood stove and open kitchen. The house also has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
