A beautiful, forested island found in a tranquil and scenic part of Panama. The Costa Arriba is a relatively undiscovered paradise, yet with several towns like Colon and Portabello that offer all amenities. Location: About one Kilometer north of Costa Arriba, between Colon and Portobelo. The nearest dock is Puerto Bilon. From there its a 30-minute drive by boat (approximately 8 KM).

Development: The island is titled and owned by a Sociedad Anonima (SA).

There are several buildings: • a five-story main building featuring a restaurant • a Japanese styled bungalow • a building housing the electric and water supply • two huts

There is parceled land in the north near the beach with electric and water supply for 5 to 6 cabanas. The owner plans to build a new dock, since the old pier has been destroyed.

Taxes: The owner pays $300 real estate tax plus $300 company tax p.a.
