1. Prepaid Private Islands Online Advertisement

Best suited to islands located in thriving local markets that would also benefit from increased international exposure, this option is a flat-rate fee paid prior to the island listing, and runs for the duration of the island's time on the market. This fee is calculated on a sliding scale relative to the island's listing price, and purchases a quality-controlled and managed advertisement on Private Islands Online. The cost of this option includes hosting, text editing and copywriting, and professional image editing services. All inquiries on PIO are run through our technologically advanced filter to prevent spam, Nigerian scams and other undesirable communications.

This service is on the basis of a one-time prepaid fee:

Islands under US $1 Million - US $300

Over $1 Million - US $500

2. Post-sale Referral Fee

Providing an extensive range of promotional services, this package is on the basis of a post-sale advertising percentage fee. No up-front costs are involved, and the negotiable fee is applicable if our services directly result in the island's sale. This option includes the standard Private Islands Online advertisement and increased website promotion, inclusion in the revolutionary Virtual Island Broker, and direct referrals from our clients and network of brokers. Other services are available at our discretion and dependant on the availability of high-quality images. This may include newsletter advertisement, inclusion in global media publications, front-page and regional Features, and pictorals in our beautiful online Private Islands Magazine.
