The luxury villa offers a 7 bedroom exclusive retreat. Each bedroom in the Estate comes complete with ensuite bathroom, plasma televisions, DVD players, satellite television, telephone and access to a comprehensive library of 200 movies and 700 CDs accessible via remote control in each room.

The estate also features a drawing room with stunning lake views, a large family kitchen, laundry room, serving areas, and a dining room with courtyard views capable of seating 24 people.

The villa offers a garden area of 30,000 square meters and features four homes, a heated swimming pool, gym and cinema. The gardens themselves are the most famous on the lake and known for their tall Cyprus tress and large lawn areas.

Five star services is offered through the use of Butler, head housekeeper/manager, full time cleaner, 2 gardeners and house manager.

Property Details

Main Villa

The main villa features a master bedroom with lake views, king sized bed, parquet floors, working fireplace, and terrace with lake views. It also has an “office” with private fax machine and lake views leading to a marble master bathroom.

The second bedroom known as the Blue Bedroom [double] comes with hardwood floors, courtyard views, patio doors leading to a small terrace/balcony with a view of the lake and garden, and en-suite marble bathroom.

The Mountain bedroom has either a king or twin bed set, with parquet floors, fireplace, en-suite bathroom, and garden and lake views.

The fourth bedroom offer king or twin bed sets, fireplace, stone floor with large balcony, lake views, and en-suite marble bathroom.

On the second floor of the main house there is a studio room with lake views, which is a relaxing room with sofas, books and a television and separate bathroom with shower.

There is also a studio suite containing a seating area, office area, and single bedroom—this could be ideally used as either a nursery or a bedroom for a nanny. There is also a king or twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

House Two (adjacent to the main villa)

The second house comes complete with a full home cinema with a Kaleidescape hard drive facility and a gym fully equipped with TechnoGym equipment.

This property also contains a separate bathroom with a shower and small kitchen to service the gym, the cinema, and the pool.

Next to House 2 is an outdoor heated swimming pool with infinity edge overlooking the lake. To the left and right of the swimming pool are seating areas with umbrellas for sunbathing in privacy or lake views.

There is also a Floodlit Tennis Court with artificial grass surface on the property.

House Three

Bedroom 1 is king or twin with bathroom, gallery and loft space with a single bed. Bedroom 2 is single with en-suite bathroom. Outdoor dining and sunbathing possibilities with lake views. This house is ideal for visiting guests.
