Webber Island, Maine

This charming 6-acre property is the Western half of Webber Island, separated by a 200-foot wide salt marsh and really quite an island unto itself. The 14 acres of this pretty island grows to about 18 at low tide.

Located in one of New England's most beautiful regions, the old-growth forest provides a spectacular display in the autumn. It also hides a small pond and is filled with local wildlife such as deer, porcupines, herons, seals and moose.

Amenities on the property include a well, outhouse and a 20'x50' camp with a screened-in porch. A perfect place to enjoy the sweeping, dramatic views of Hockmock Bay, and possibly of a deer or moose, too.
