Full septic system and heated water lines installed in 2007. The cottage is located on a rock cliffe with the entire front consisting of windows. The scenery is simply amazing.

Willison island is tucked in a bay giving it private calm water at all times for water sports, fishing, swimming etc. The Pembroke airport is less than 3 kms away with a 5000' lit runway. Jet fuel and AVGAS are available and there are no fees for landing.

The island comes complete with an airboat for year round access on ice or water. There is another great building site at the other end of the island for a possible second building. Own property most people only DREAM of!!!
