The cottage is sited well above the water line and a series of stepped decks, scribed into the smooth rock, take full advantage of the water glorious views. A hot tub is situated on its own deck close to the cottage.
A dry dock boathouse offset from the main cottage offers ample storage for all landscaping and marine equipment and a second floor sleeping loft is a favourite retreat for the young people.
