The island consists of smooth pink granite rock, with windswept white pine trees. One can comfortably walk barefoot all over the island. Wonderful swimming during the summer months, in surprisingly warm water. Fishermen will enjoy a bass hole off of the south point. The cottage comes partly furnished and includes an 18’Cedar strip boat with an almost new 20HP Suzuki outboard motor. There is no rough water to cross to get to the island.
