The property has wetlands and marshy meadows known as Mallines, where many bird species are found including eagles, condors, tukúqueres, black herons, and more. Mammal species sightings include the chingue, the wild cat, the pudu, the puma, the red fox, the nutria, and the huemul.

The island has many unique attractive spots and specific environments to be discovered that will allow you to carry out different activities while immersed in nature. Explore the native flora and fauna, freshwater reserves in rivers and lagoons, and ancient virgin forests filled with larches.

It is one of the best places in the world to practice sports such as fly fishing, trekking, and mountaineering, highlighting Torres del Paine, Cerro Castillo, and Marble Cathedrals in General Carrera Lake.
