This private island is situated in the Mangonui Harbour area of the North Island, connected to the mainland by causeway. It is nicely elevated, with gently rolling hills, and is mostly farmland with forested areas here and there.

A large, ranch-style home with swimming pool, large decks and spa is present on the island, as well as a second home near the waterfront. Numerous other building sites are also available.
