Enedrik Island is located in the upper middle portion of Arno Atoll, exibiting clear distinct open water channels on each side. The island is 14 acres in size.

Enedrik Island is elongated and teardrop in shape, horizontally positioned east to west between two larger islands on the west and two closer together "sister islands" to the east. A wonderful, coconut palm shaded, absolutely beautiful, 1000 foot long (330 metres) of fine white sand beach fronts most of the south side of the island. The beach borders onto the most exquisite and wonderful turquoise coloured lagoon (82 degrees/28 C. year around). There's a completely private house reef for snorkelling and surfing - waves break off the east end of the island. The lagoon has all the aquarium variety tropical fish, seen while snorkelling.

The whole island, plus 200 feet surrounding it, is a marine and nature sanctuary preserve. No smoking. No fishing or taking of shells. Clothing optional.

Diving in the Arno Atoll

The average water temperature is 84 degrees with no thermoclines. Visibility averages 125 feet and in summer can get up to 200 feet. The dives are unspoiled and uncrowded with no boat traffic and divers can choose from about 50 dive sites within 20 minutes of each other. Beginner divers can be very comfortable in this environment. The wildlife is also unmatched. Spotting 10,000 fish in a glance is not uncommon, 100,000 per dive. And that includes many species of shark. Every dive centre in the world names one spot the Aquarium. The Arno Atoll is the Aquarium on steroids.

The weekly rate is for the entire island for up to 8 people. The rate is FOR THE WHOLE ISLAND - it's the same price for one person as 8 people.

May to November: $395.00 USD per week for up to 8 people. November to May: $695.00 USD per week for up to 8 people.

ACCOMODATIONS & WEEKLY RENTAL INFO

There is one 16' X 16' basic cabin & one "intimate" 12' x 12' basic cabin. They are a 100 yards apart, for privacy. Each has 1 or more 4' x 8' foot wooden platform beds. Can sleep 8 comfortably, or two couples most intimately. Bring your own bedroll or tropical lightweight sleeping bag - 55 degrees and warmer. A 4" to 6" covered queen sized foam mattress makes for a delightful sleeping experience. Roll it up and bring it on your flight. There is one conventional flush toilet and a beach shower. Bring a portable stove. There is a 1000 gallon water tank. Purified water is available in Majuro for drinking. Bring some 3 gallon polycarbonate containers with you. Hobie pedalling (fun) kayaks are available at nominal charge.

There is a 9.4 foot dinghy w/4 H.P. motor also available
for exploring nearby the island. Bring fuel from Majuro. A recommended supply list will be given to you upon reservation confirmation.

$200.00 holds any week reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Confirm flights well in advance for lowest fares. Continental Airlines flies from Honolulu {HNL} to Majuro {MAJ} twice or more weekly direct, in only about 5 hours!

Boat transfer is an extra charge, DIRECTLY TO THE ISLAND, a wonderous 75 minute voyage through the ocean channel and passage into Arno lagoon. Or go by ocean ferry and then across the lagoon for less cost, but more time: approximately $240-$500, slower or faster transport
method.

This island is most suited to individualists who want to get away from it all, have complete privacy and solitude from civilization. Total peace and quiet, nature time prevails. The entire island is yours exclusively, 100% for your enjoyment useage during your stay. Cell phones work if want and can be rented in Majuro at NTA,(national telecommunications authority).

On Enedrik Island, you can play loud music, dance, run naked wildly, yell, scream, and laugh to your heart's content! There are no unwanted guests or strangers interrupting, compromising your unique time. While occupying the island, you are the KING or QUEEN of
ENEDRIK ISLAND! Master or Mistress of the island and all you survey.

Always keep the island clean. Discounts are given at the end for clean-up of extra trash bagged and taken back to Majuro atoll on the boat. Thank-you!
