living and sitting room with 6' wide garden door to front deck 16'x24' plus a 10' x 70' rear deck, thermo pane glass windows, 3 pc. bath with marble counter top, propane stove and hot water tank, lake water with 100 gal. pressure tank, docks in excellent docking harbour, swimming platform plus many other features. The 2nd cottage with about 2400 sq.ft. was recently built and needs only minor finishing. It is well insulated and features 4 bedrooms, master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite, 2 lofts, sun room, wrap around deck and top of the line Napoleon Wood stove. The solar panels with 3500 watt inverter provide electricity and a 5000 Gal. holding tank is installed for waste water. This Island offers the comfort of home in a beautiful natural setting.
