Kevin Cross was born in the Bahamas of British parents and was educated in the Bahamas, England and the USA. He enjoys the outdoor lifestyle of island life. Cross currently works as a broker and appraiser with Bahamas Realty, the largest real estate services firm in the Bahamas, affiliated with Savills, the Board of Regents, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, RELO and CBRichard Ellis. He has specialized in private islands for well over ten years, working with a variety of clients in the sale of numerous islands. As a certified appraiser, he has extensive appraisal experience, including several private islands. He has been quoted on the subject of private islands in the Financial Times and Fortune magazine, and interviewed by Time magazine. Cross' passion for private islands developed in his early twenties while building a career in real estate and working with two families who were owners of private islands. He thinks it is important to work with someone you can trust and knows the benefits of island ownership; someone who will be able to point out everything a potential owner needs to know.
