This self-contained 25 acre island is located within the beautiful Exuma Cays and is a very rare find.

There are 19 buildings on the island, a 1,500' airstrip, a protected marina, storage and electrical supply by Bahamas Government, six generators offer standby power, solar power, full electronic systems, four underground cisterns, fuel storage, fresh water wells, freezer and food storage.
