Macaroni's Island Resort, Indonesia

The Indonesian chain of the Mentawai Islands may be a tropical paradise with gorgeous beaches, but visitors usually have just one thing on their minds- the best surfing on the planet. And located right next to the official "Funnest Wave to Surf in the World", Macaroni's Resort is a popular destination- and owning it could offer you the lifestyle you've always dreamed of.

The resort is located on about 15 acres of property approximately 1000m from the renowned Macaroni's wave. Villas face a large salt water lagoon that is safe to swim in and is protected from the ocean side. There are 8 pole villas situated over the lagoon, and a 3 story entertainment complex offering a bar and restauarnt, games room and a look out over Macaroni's Bay.

There is plenty of room for expansion, as only 30% of lagoon frontage is currently used. Much developable garden area is also available, and the calm salt water lagoon also offers further area for constructing more villas. This is the premier surf location in the Mentawai Islands. Throughout the world there are dozens of remote tropical islands, but only a few with the world's best waves located close by, so don't miss out on this once in a life time opportunity.

Please Note: We would like to clarify we are selling a resort business occupying 6 Ha of land on an otherwise uninhabited island. The land holding is a 100 year lease plus arrangement is in place to allow an Indonesian national or company to buy the land freehold or as Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB). According to Mentawai zoning laws and our tourism license, no other party can conduct tourism operations within 1000m of Macaronis Resort, or within 250m of external resort facilities unless prior arrangement is made with Macaronis Resort. We welcome inquiries from parties that would like to buy the resort in full, or to become a part owner.
