Living Main House consists of 3 floors:

Main floor: Gourmet kitchen, including microwave, marble counters, custom mahogany cabinetry. Dining room and living-room featuring custom rattan and mahogany furniture, 2 sets of French windows, satellite TV, stereo system, powder room, master bedroom: custom four poster mahogany bed and wardrobe, master bathroom: Monterey tile work throughout, custom mahogany cabinetry, his and her sinks, 6ft+ Monterey tiled bath/shower. The main floor is laid with imported white fossil laden stone.

Ground Floor: Art studio/exercise room with French windows and sink/washroom area. Office including satellite internet connections, laundry room/storage room. 2 large bedrooms with Monterey tiled ensuite bathrooms. The ground floor is laid with terracotta stone tiles.

Third Floor: Currently being used as office. Could be additional bedroom. Roof-top sun deck offers spectacular 360 degree views. 2000+ square feet of multi-level decks on the main house boast unparelled views, sunsets and dining experiences in the Caribbean.

A two storey staff building provides living quarters for up to six full-time staff members. A 30ft/200hp boat and a 5ft/85hp boat.
