Small but pristine, this quaint property is easy to maintain, and completely free of mosquitoes and sand flies. Nestled between two larger islands, it is protected from prevailing winds. A 5-7 foot-deep channel that leads directly to its beach makes the island easily accessible. 70% of the island’s periphery is surrounded by white sand beach. Iron wood, coconut trees, and a variety of vegetation and bushes are planted throughout.

A barrier reef 1500 feet from the island’s shoreline ensures crystal clear and constantly rejuvenated waters. The turquoise lagoon waters are ideal for windsurfing, kiting, surfing, and various forms of fishing.
