The main accommodation is spread over the two bedroom principal dwelling, Little Whale House, perched on an elevated bluff with a path winding down to the main beach below. In an elevated position in the middle of the island, enjoying gorgeous views overlooking the shallow seas to the west, Peacock House comprises a double bedroom suite with a sitting room, kitchen and outside terrace. Flamingo House has four bedrooms, three with en suite bathrooms, an open plan sitting room and kitchen, and outside terraces. All-weather tennis court and an infinity-edge swimming pool, dining area and gym, all with spectacular sea views. Two of the leading features of the island are the 2,230ft runway and the main private harbour. The mouth of the harbour is 27ft with a 5ft draft at low tide, overlooked by the old school house and adjoining marina stores. There is also a secondary, smaller harbour and a hard ramp for a seaplane.
