There are 3 elevated points at each corner of the island providing large building areas with spectacular views all around. Over 3000 palms and fruit trees have been planted throughout the island, with large mature trees such as Coconut, Mango, Lemon, Lime, and Orange trees to name a few.
There is also a natural fresh water spring on the island. The island has three beautiful golden sand beaches and crystalline water and is home to diverse fauna plus many resident birds like herons, pelicans, and seabirds. You can find in the rich waters surrounding this island a great variety of marine life with lots of lobster and corvina.
The island currently has a loading ramp made of concrete, 2 large polyethylene water and septic tanks (1,080 gallons), and 2 building and pool foundations already in place that could be used to build several houses.
