- Capacity: Comfortably sleeps 22 guests indoors across 5 separate accommodations. Maximum group size is 30 guests (utilizing 8 on-island tent sites and moored boats). Sleeping arrangements can be tailored to the group’s adult/child mix.
- Booking Model: Exclusive whole-island buyout. Cabins and rooms are never rented separately.
- Dining: Completely self-catered. Guests bring their own food and beverages to prepare in the island's fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens.

- Chalet Suite (Sleeps 4): A self-contained walkout suite located beneath the Main Chalet, complete with one bedroom, a pull-out sofa, a kitchenette, and a half-bathroom.
- The Love Shack (Sleeps 4): A secluded, standalone cabin overlooking Taylor Arm. It features a covered outdoor kitchen and a private outdoor soaking tub for quiet mornings or sunset views.
- Two Glamping Barrels: Cozy, custom-built cedar sleeping barrels tucked into a peaceful bay. Each features a king bed with additional sleeping space suitable for young children.
